3.75" Weighted Boxwood & Ebony Staunton Chess Pieces

 

Triple - weighted, extra large chess men in Boxwood (white) and Ebony (black) pieces, finished with a high gloss. Pieces resist sliding with light green felt bottoms, and a satiny finish feels great in the hand as you play. Pieces are hand-carved in India with extra detail.

 

Pieces come in a heavily padded carrying case for travel or storage, with a handle strap and individual compartments to hold each piece. 

Every piece is stabilized with triple weights to minimize tipping, and to make sure every play ends with a satisfying thud. Classic Staunton style pieces are elegant, sturdy and easy to differentiate. Pieces are easy to play with, and make a great centerpiece or addition to decor.
